#  取消產品或服務

如你尚有效的服務但下個月並不想續約或用不到， 可以提前取消訂閱，在到期前就不會再寄送催繳通知了！

## 申請取消

1. 登入客戶中心

2. 首頁 「**您目前可用的產品與服務」** 區域選擇要取消的方案。

3. 在左側動作找到 「取消申請」 並進入。

4. 輸入取消原因，也歡迎提供意見給我們！

5. 選擇取消類型，最後送出 「取消申請」 即可。

* 立即取消：你的服務會在 24 小時內被系統終止，將視同你同意提前解除租約，並接受不退款。
* 等待帳單週期結束：系統會在到期時自動終止服務，不會寄發停權與繳費通知。

6. 成功送出申請。
