# 進行身份驗證
購買部分 CheapServer 產品時，由於政府機關要求或是法律規定，必需落實客戶身分驗證。\
我們也鼓勵自行完成身份驗證，享有更完善的客戶服務。\
\
若要進行驗證，CheapServer 目前只接受以下政府許可文件。
* 中華民國：身分證 + 第二證件（健保卡、駕照）正面彩色影本
* 其他國家：護照 + 第二證件（政府單位核發的有效證件） **護照最少要有 6 個月的效期**
## 完成身份驗證

提交驗證前，請先確保所有文件至少有 6 個月的效期。

1. 登入客戶中心。
2. 點擊右上角，進入 「身份驗證」 頁面。 或是前往以下連結。

3. 點擊 「繼續驗證」。
4. 選擇你的身份類型。
5. 輸入你的證件編號或護照編號。
6. 上傳證件，並點擊 「提交」。
7. 等待審核部門審核，如果審核時間超過兩個工作天，請直接與客服團隊聯絡。
8. 驗證通過時，你將會收到 Email 通知。如果你已經購買服務，服務也將會在不久後開通。
## 身分驗證未通過
當審核不通過時，將會寄發 Email 通知。
請確保證件有效並足以辨識，我們將會提交至內政部身份查驗系統查核，每人每日有 3 次提交驗證機會。
